Snake and Turtles both are kept in the same class because both are

(1). cold blooded
(2). presence of scales
(3). Breathe through lungs
(4). Presence of three chambered hearts
(5). Lays eggs without covering.

Because the contain all features in common that the class reptilla has-

2. have scales
3.breathe through lungs

5. donot lay egg on water
